PM. "Day
by Day: Addressing the Challenges of Recovery from Mental and
Behavioral Health Problems," sponsored by the Knox
County Democratic Women, is the fourth in a series of forums
about issues confronting our community. The forum is free and
all interested members of the community are invited to attend. The forum will feature several members of the community who will talk about their personal journeys in dealing with problems such as depression, bi-polar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse as well as the difficulties of being a parent or caregiver to someone who is suffering.

7:00 PM. The Knox County Democratic Party will hold its central/executive committee monthly meeting to discuss old and new business. Social gathering is at 7pm, followed by business at 7:30pm.
